ZYXON ("we", "us") is a precision manufacturing and rapid prototyping business. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

Project enquiries. When you start a project through this website we collect the details you give us in the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), your company name (if you provide one), a description of the part or project, and any details you choose to add such as quantity, material, dimensions, a date you need it by and a budget.

Files you attach. If you attach drawings, CAD files or reference photographs (for example PDF, STEP, STL, DXF, Gerber, ZIP or image files) they are uploaded and stored so we can review what you need made. We treat the design files you send us as confidential and use them only to quote for and produce your work.

Messages. If you email us, or use the chat assistant on this site, we keep what you send so we can respond.

Who processes it

This website and the enquiry form are hosted and operated for us by RizeStack, which provides the booking, enquiry and file-storage systems behind this site. Your enquiry is stored in our RizeStack account so that we can reply to it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Payments. This website does not currently sell anything directly. If we later offer items you can buy online, card payments are handled by Stripe — full card numbers are never entered into, passed through or stored by this website.

Analytics

This website uses RizeStack's own first-party analytics to count visits and page views and to see roughly how people found the site. Specifically:

• It records anonymous page views and basic engagement, such as clicking an email link.
• It stores exactly one small random session identifier in your browser's session storage. That identifier expires after around 30 minutes of inactivity or when you close the tab.
• It does not use cookies for tracking, does not create a persistent cross-visit identifier, does not fingerprint your device, and does not record your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form.
• This data is not sold and is not shared with advertisers or ad networks.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, messages and any files you send for as long as we need them to quote for, produce and support your work, and for our own business records afterwards. If you would like us to delete your enquiry and any files attached to it, email us and we will do so where we are not required to keep them.

Your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Vaso_singh@hotmail.com and we will deal with your request.
